A family favorite was my mom's grape nut pudding....Think I have to make this on Friday when our daughter comes for a visit.!!!
Grapenut Pudding
1 large egg
1 Cup of Milk
1 teasp vanilla
Dash of salt
1/3 cup of sugar
Beat egg slightly, add hot milk and other Ingredients
Then add 1/3 cup of grape nuts
Place egg mixture in in a greased pan and then place in a pie plate with approx. 1 inch of water
Bake until firm about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with nutmeg
