Maine Blueberry Cake

It is the time of year that Maine blueberries are ripening....here is my mom's recipe for blueberry cake:

1 egg
1 Cup of sugar
1/3 Cup of crisco (Cream together then add egg and beat until thick and creamy)

2 Cups of Flour
21/2 tsp of Baking Powder

1/3 Cup of Milk
Vanilla
Salt

3 Cups of Blueberries (roll in flour until coated)

Bake @ 350 degrees for 20/25 Minutes
